As they became involved in one another's lives and relationships, they decided to part in Vh1 television's hit show Hollywood. The premiere season follows the birth and pregnancy of their baby son Megaa Omari, who was born on the same day. Season 2 focuses on her discontents over and fears concerning her new career. Omarion's tour prevented his attendance at the recording for the second season reunion. On the 7th of December in 2015, Apryl said that the couple were leaving the show and that they would not be back for the following season. Apryl and Omarion welcomed their daughter A'mei Kasuko Grandberry on March 7th of this year. After a few months, Apryl and Omarion broke up. Apryl was a guest on season 4, meeting with Lil' Fizz to discuss a potential B2K reunion. Apryl returns to the series in Season 6, which documents her battles over custody with Omarion in addition to questions from the media and speculation about her relationships with Lil' Fizz. Both confessed to being romantically involved during the show, which puts her in conflict with Moniece as well as other cast members.
