Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer born in St. Louis Missouri. She is best known for her part as Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in TV and films like How to Be Single Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on the 26th of July 1993. She has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She studied dance at the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. In an advertisement for Shake and Bake public service in 1997, Momsen started acting professionally at the age of was only three. Momsen's career came to a slow halt for three years until she received her first lead role on the WB show Misconceptions. Momsen also appeared involved in the film Saving Shiloh in the year 2006. Additionally, she auditioned to be the lead character for Hannah Montana. She was in the top 3 however, Miley got the role.
